The steakhouse Rokkakudo was established in 1973 in Kanazawa, and has become a local fixture. This beef curry with garlic chips is themed after a curry served as a staff meal at Rokkakudo on Sundays. Rokkakudo Kitchen offers modestly luxurious menu items to be enjoyed at home.

MOROMINO-SHUZUKU SOYSAUCE

Dark soy sauce with a nostalgic flavour and richness. Made from domestically produced soybeans, wheat and sea salt, with water from Mt Hakusan (Mt. Hakusan) as the brewing water, and matured in wooden vats made from Noto cedar in the climate of Kanazawa-Ono. 100% domestic ingredients. Available in 1.8-litre, 500-ml, 200-ml and 120-ml bottles.
