Product Description
This Seared Kobujime Series brings out the best in Ishikawa seafood as it combinins the traditional kobujime (a fish fillet sandwiched between kombu kelp) recipe of the Hokuriku region and our signiture searing technique.
Using Ishikawa’s local seafood (rosy seabass, Noto blowfish, Noto octopus, pink shrimp, etc.), we lightly sear the surface, then sandwich each of them between kombu kelp, and flash freeze them. This is a single serving, vacuum-packaged product.
