This Kanazawa-unique granulated dashi soup stock is made specifically for oden, a hotpot dish. Bringing out the best in each ingredient, this soup stock complements the oden ingredients unique to Kanazawa, like kurumafu roasted wheat gluten cake, baigai Japanese ivory shell, and red swirl kamaboko fish cake.

Featuring the wonderful aromas of kombu kelp and bonito, this soup stock upgrades Kanazawa style oden, a signature local dish of Ishikawa. Also good as the soup for udon noodles or the soup stock of stews and other hotpots.
