Product Description

Using Kaga Black Tea made by fermenting Kaga bo-cha (roasted green tea leaves), this liqueur is created by infusing the leaves of Kaga Black Tea in junmaishu sake.

A sweet liqueur featuring the perfect harmony of the black tea’s aroma and flavor and the umami flavors of junmaishu.

It’s especially good when mixed with milk.

This product won the GOLD medal at the 15th Feminalise World Wines Competition 2021 held in France.
