Product Description
●It is a white shrimp flavor of beaver that has been loved for a long time in Hokuriku. The sweetness of Toyama's white shrimp and the taste of kombu seaweed give this deep-fried rice cracker a crunchy texture due to the recipe and manufacturing method that has been handed down.
●The name comes from the fact that the shape of the cubic rice cracker resembles beaver's teeth, which is the beaver doll exhibited in Canada Pavilion of Osaka World Expo in 1970.
