The rice used in 'Gentle and Delicious Rice Flour (for cooking)' is a variety of rice carefully grown in Ishikawa Prefecture without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
It is not only delicious, but also safe and secure. The rice variety has been selected and developed to suit confectionery applications and to bring the fluffy and chewy texture of baked goods to life. Organic & gluten-free.

This simple confectionery rice flour can be used in a variety of baked goods such as cakes, doughnuts, cookies and crepes. The best recommendation is chiffon cake! The fluffy, moist and chunky finish is very compatible with the characteristics of rice flour.
As an alternative to wheat flour, it can be used in a variety of gluten-free baking.
