Product Description

Dark soy sauce with a nostalgic flavour and richness. Made from domestically produced soybeans, wheat and sea salt, with water from Mt Hakusan (Mt. Hakusan) as the brewing water, and matured in wooden vats made from Noto cedar in the climate of Kanazawa-Ono. 100% domestic ingredients.

Available in 1.8-litre, 500-ml, 200-ml and 120-ml bottles.

Red meat sashimi such as amberjack and tuna, steaks (with Japanese pepper and wasabi), grilled seafood, finishing off stir-fried rice, etc.
