A carbonated drink that utilises the leaves of the Noto laurel tree.
Refreshing drink with a forest-like freshness. Refreshing and suitable for meat dishes.
The bay tree leaves are collected in Noto town.

Can be drunk on its own or used as an ingredient in alcoholic drinks. It should be refrigerated for storage.
