These low-sugar noodles are made from konjac. The slit noodle line is covered with sauce or dressing.

It has only less than 1/9th of the calories of regular Chinese noodles.


In Japan, over 70 branches of the famous ramen chain Kanza use the noodles as konjac ramen noodles.

Alternative to ramen noodles. Ideal for dressings and salads.
